Collevio is a key player in the support to active caregivers and their employers. Active caregivers are people who, on top of having a professional activity, also spend a lot of time taking care of a member of their family with a physical or mental disability.

The Actevio platform was created in order to help these active caregivers, while Collevio aims at providing companies with business solutions that will support caregivers within their company.

01. The Request

The goal of our mission was to create awareness around the theme of active caregivers, entrench an online community on social media and establish Collevio as THE reference when it comes to supporting these active caregivers and their employers.

Secondary objectives included increasing Collevio’s database as well as promoting the existence of Actevio for the national caregivers week which takes in October every year.

02. Our Response

  • We developed Collevio’s website and defined a communication strategy, a tone of voice as well as a list of marketing personas.
  • We then set up a digital communication campaign on Facebook and LinkedIn to raise awareness around the dynamic of active caregivers and entice companies to tackle this dynamic, hence increasing the number of qualified leads within Collevio’s database.
  • We also promoted the official week of active caregivers, during which Collevio organised workshops and a press conference.

03. The results

The awareness campaign was a true success as Collevio is now getting entrenched as the reference company that supports active caregivers and their employers; the project is still ongoing, and we support our client through website optimization, community management, copywriting and web design.
